We’re hiring immediately! Do you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and helping people have a great experience—no matter where they’re headed? If you’re adaptable, service-minded, and take pride in helping customers at different moments of their day, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same—and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

Perks You’ll Get:

Bi-weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage).
On-the-job training.
Paid time off.
Medical, dental and other insurance.
Flexible spending account opportunity to contribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses.
Retirement benefits (401k).
Employee discounts, including discounted car rental and discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars.

Above perks may vary based on full-time/part-time status and location.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Driver’s License.
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
Flexibility to work all shifts.
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

Who We Are:

Here at Avis Budget Group, you will be joining a team of 25,000 driven people, performing with purpose. Together, we’re moving the future of transportation forward with our innovative, customer-focused solutions.

We believe great service starts with people who care. Our culture is performance driven, where we encourage and support each other to be at our best through leadership, training, tools, and rewards.
